    Got a name for the roaster “Ermintrude”.

    A lot of the descriptors you read out remind me of durian. It can be quite challenging to the tastebuds; one that you love or hate but it tastes quite complex for a fruit and is worth a try.

    I haven’t tasted the Sidikalang but I’ll definitely give it a try once I’m done with my current batch.
